I ordered the signature bowl, not bad. The fat of the pork is really juicy while the meat is a little thick. The salad has too... much ranch which affect the meat taste. Anyway the service is good and the price is reasonable. Read more

Service was great, love the patio dining option out front. Food quality was great. Portions sizes also were aplenty when it came... to sides. Very please with our shared 3 meat platter. The food is great, amazing even, but this business needs to improve their communication practices. I have filled out the event... inquiry form on their website, emailed the address listed on their site, called the phone number listed on their site andreached out on social media all in an effort of trying to book the food truck for an event in late August. I can?t get a hold ofanyone in charge of booking or even just a simple response if they?re available that day. Also, please update your Facebook pageand Google business info that the Parsons location is permanently closed and has been for some time now as I know myself andanother Google reviewer wasted gas on driving over there. It also doesn?t help when your sign is still on the side on thebuilding, and you?ve changed locations within the past few years fairly often. Used to visit their Northern Lights location when it was open. Glad they opened a location relatively close. The brisket... sandwich with side of greens is my go-to item here. Both are done perfectly for me. I think they are so much better than theCity guys and the Smokey guys. Keep up the good work! Read more

The first thing I love about this place is the friendliness of the staff. This was our first experience. The food is... wonderful!!! Since I don?t eat pork.
