Went in for thanksgiving to get some ham and turkey, they screwed up my order and gave me half my food for a big thanksgiving... dinner. Honestly didn?t upset me that much, I called in and told them. They took my card info and said they?d refund my 70bucks.. not only did I never get my refund, my card info was stolen two days later. The worst experience ever! I pre-order a ham and full turkey on Nov 7 and got the special for pick up date discount Nov 22-23.... These people done sold my Turkey to someone did not care. The staff on the phone not professional at all talking about they new.So it?s 2 days before Thanksgiving and here I am thinking I had a stress off my mind but now I have to go find a Turkey for 20people. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. They wouldn?t honor the online discount they said corporate be doing they ownthing allowing people to reserve food they don?t have and putting up promotions without telling them. I can?t say better things about the experience I had at this honey baked ham. The sawmill location gave us the wrong ham (jipped... us almost 3lbs) and we were already almost to Easter dinner 45 min away when we noticed the mistake. I went into this locationand the wonderful worker/manager was courteous and understanding. So thankful for her generosity! Read more
