Their BQ ribs are so amazing! The meat is so moist falls right off the bone. Easy quick dinner fully cooked just slam it in the... oven or microwave. Some of the best ribs I've ever had. We love Honeybaked ham and all of their sides but I usually buy the family meal which consisted of 2 pounds of ham, 2 sides and... rolls for under $40 out the door. Much to my shock when I went in there today the prices have all been raised through the roof!The family meal no longer includes two sides and they even took away the pack of rolls and have replaced it with a 4 pack ofrolls. What was once a dinner staple for us is now just too expensive. We won't be back. You've lost a long time customer out ofgreed. Read more

I know attempting to patronize honey baked ham during the holidays is a lesson in futility however it was magnified this year.... There are two lines, one for those who ordered online and the other for walk-in customers. Unfortunately the metering personthey have stationed there, was not super attentive and consistently needed to be told that there was an open cash register.Additionally, if any one person were in the prepay line they were always given the next up cashier. It didn't matter if theywere just walking in the door, he would hold up the rest of the line and wait for them to approach the front of the walk-in lineso the cashier was waiting when there was a line of 30 people in the non pay online line. Each time that pause happened it waslong enough for the cashier to check out one person so the online customer wouldn't have had to wait anyway but the queued linedid. Read more
