This is a famous restaurant here in Polaris fashion mall. As the name suggests this is famous for cheesecakes. My daughter tried... the strawberry cheesecake and it was yum. Apart from that I tried pasta and avacado roll. Avacado roll was one of my favorite asseen in the pics, it has avacado and all the veggie with sauce. What up doe! So we went to Columbus for a little bit of relaxation and it was my bday. We went to a city called Easton and it's... plenty of shops and restaurants, it was a good time, wish we had more time, anyway we decided to eat at The Cheesecake Factory,the food was pretty good, I've never had a problem with the food and our server was good to, can't remember his name but he wasgood. My problem was that we sat outside and the outdoor lighting didn't work. It was like sitting in a cool dim room. Iassume part of the allure of eating outside is for the ambience but that didn't happen. I'd eat here again if they fix thelights. Check the photos. Read more
I Ordered the lettuce wrap for take out, get it home (35 mins away) open it up and I was given rotten lettuce! Not sure how the... cooks didn?t see this or if they did just didn?t care. It was absolutely disgusting. It was slimy and clearly not good lettuce.I gave 2 stars because the rest of it was very good, just didn?t have lettuce to eat the lettuce wraps with! Also we gotcheesecake and it was delicious. Very disappointed with this as they are not cheap and something like this shouldn?t have beenserved at all! I contacted them and the manager did say he was going to send out a gift card but we will see if that happens asI asked him for his email to show him the lettuce and I send the email and it comes back as not valid! Who doesn't love cheesecake factory!! Had chicken and shrimp gumbo, chicken and waffles, kids brunch, spinach and artichoke dip... appetizer, Jamaican chicken and shrimp, 2 pieces of cheesecake and a piece of carrot cake..$125. Customer service was good, theplace was very busy as usual but always worth the wait! The gumbo is always so good and that bread they bring to the table is sodelicious and dangerous...lol...so easy to eat it non-stop, especially the pumpernickel! I will say, if a menu says chicken andwaffles, I want to see a piece of fried chicken on a waffle, not chicken strips. The menu is so big and there are a ton ofchoices whether you wanna eat healthy or go all out but this place is delicious! Read more
Very good service here. Staff is very friendly and professional. Love the large selection of menu choices. Food tasted great.... Love the cheesecake options here. This one is the same as all the other Cheesecake Factory restaurants. Prices are a littlehigh, but portions are big. If I was in the area I would stop here again. Read more
Cheesecake factory is a great place to get cheesecake, but the meals are a bit lacking luster. I got a chicken dish and my wife... got a Flatbread pizza. They were good, but nothing to write home about. The cheesecake on the other hand was HEAVENLY! I gotthe pineapple upside-down cheesecake and my wife got key lime pie cheesecake. Love the cheesecake factory. Half of our party arrived 1 hour late due to car troubles but the waitress was patient and great! I... had the bang bang chicken and shrimp. Can't say enough postive things about The Cheesecake Factory. I am a frequent customer of the Polaris location. Staff is very... professional and attentive. I was greeted by the key carrying manager this morning when I arrived was promptly sat at a tableand the great hospitality continued. Joseph (I believe that was his name), the bartender, he was great. I eat here 1-2 times amonth and I always get great service when I go to the Cheesecake Factory, but he set the bar high. Aside from my great servicethe food was absolutely amazing as always. The ranch is the best ranch I have had in central Ohio. The hamburger is definitelyin my top 2 of best hamburgers in Central Ohio. Read more
