I stopped here because I needed a quick bite while I waited 20 minutes for my bus transfer. I ordered a burrito with rice. The... rice they gave me was so hard that I chipped a tooth. I did not notice that I'd chipped a tooth for several minutes. I literallycould not differentiate the ossified grains of rice from the shard of human tooth in my own mouth. By the time I'm finished withthe dentist, this will possibly have been the most overpriced burrito in North America. In the resulting confusion and alarm, Ialso missed my transfer. Read more
Terrible terrible food, I ordered delivery with Uber Eats and some of my food was badly burnt! ( 2 Crunchwrap supreme) and the... rest was just plain terrible. I had also ordered a chicken quesadilla and that one was missing from the order. I?m pretty suretheir beans were bad as well we basically ended throwing everything away. I called the store 4 times and no one picked up, Ithink the phone was disconnected. Honestly just plain terrible !!! Also a big waste of money. They are very rude. Also my sister ordered through the doordash app and they messed the order up so they offered a refund and a... free meal. My sister went up there and show them and they gave the free meal to her. So they asked for a card so she can get therefund on there so i gave my card and my sister never got her refund she spent $33 there and they said her $15 is on the cardnow and it?s not on the card. After she got it delivered we tried to go up there and they were saying they didn?t make thatorder today and yelling at us saying ?this is 5152 high st so your at the wrong taco bell? and we weren?t at the wrong taco bellbecause we track the doordash driver and they were at the north high st taco bell. I live near here and taco bell on morse roadis very rude too. I?m disappointed i?ve tried to contact and call taco bell many times and i even emailed them still haven?treceived anything. Read more
This is the worst Taco Bell to ever exist I swear. They never can do anything correct except take ur money. I ordered a beefy 5... layer burrito. It came cold, and without a layer?the beans. Then I was asked any sauce then wasn?t even given any sauce. Whyask? I hope they get shut down. Even the phone number is incorrect. You can?t even get in contact with the damn store. Probably one of the worst Taco bells I've been to, but unfortunately, it's the closest. Frequently mess up orders, and the hard... taco are always crushed. Make sure you pull over and check your order after getting food here, because chances are, you'll begoing right back through for a correction! (Below is my 3mm thick excuse of a taco ????) Read more
Seriously I figured being in Clintonville that I wouldn?t have the ghetto attitude!!!! I spent $43 and almost EVERYTHING WAS... WRONG!!! Except fries!?? Oh and I was told with attitude that I needed to have exact change? They did everything they could tonot take the order but then was upset that I still complied with what they could not!
