Ordered $18 worth of food. They tried to send me off with a hard taco and a bag of chips. When I received my order it was the... sloppiest mess of ingredients I?ve ever seen. Called Nick the GM today he was great but our service last night was terrible. Said he should be able to refund this. Waited 45... min in line last night - had a drunk guy come up to my wifes window and I got out the car and sped off. Then got our drinks, andthen we only got three tacos. We ordered $33.45 worth of food and never got a receipt or anything. Do not go here at nightservice is terrible. Read more
What is this?? Cheesy roll up without any cheese I mean come on. And not even made properly. I could have made my own at home.
Don?t come to this location. I asked for extra mild sauce and she says we aren?t allowed to do that. I never had a problem with... that at any other Taco Bell I have ever been to. Won?t be back to this location again. They have poor customer service. I havebeen a manager for 20 years and this is not the kind of customer service you give to customers. Read more
I tried to order through drive through.while I am placing order there was no acknowledgement .on top of it when I tried to... ensure he u derstood what I said..he was so rude ....after I placed the order I suggested them by saying "please acknowledgewhen I try to say something"... Then I came to window to pay the order for which he said we are not going to take yourorder.....I asked him about talking to manager for which he claimed himself to be the manager. I had gone to another restaurantwhich is 2 miles got the food...not sure he might have had long hours.but this is not certainly a way to behave with a customer. Read more
Ordered Cheesy Fiesta potatoes, didn't get a fork. Can't eat my food! Also they were out of Pepsi products.. all of them.
