Second time coming here and we had an absolute fantastic time again. Alex L took care of us, and was super fast, friendly, and... polite. He was the only server, but the speed in which he did help everyone was top notch. Thank you very much Alex, our foodwas hot, delicious, and fast! Absolutely amazing first time. Thank you Maddox R. for taking care of us! Food was fantastic! Themilkshake was very good. I had gotten the Hershey chocolate and peanut butter. Wow!!! Quick service and incredible food. We had a server named Jordan, and he made the Experience 100 percent better. My... boyfriend is from Germany and was a little curious about the drive in diners and Jordan made his experience incrediblywelcoming. He greeted us with a great smile and was cracking jokes. Cute retro concept of a drive-in. A little like Sonic except car hops come to take order instead of using a kiosk menu. Quick... service. Burger was decent though a little small compared to size of bun. Strawberry milkshake was delicious. Didn't like thepresentation of the brownie sundae - was served in a 16 oz cup with brownie at the bottom all the ice cream on the top. Always a positive experience at Swensons! This is one of my favorite spots for a burger & shake in Columbus. The staff is always... very attentive and prompt. First time here, and a pretty great experience. You park, turn your headlights on for service, they come take your order, tell... you to turn your lights off, and when the food comes, you pay, (they take mobile pay options easily too) and everyone wasfriendly and the lot was clean. For the food, I got the signature burger which comes as a double, and it was great! Thinnercrispy patties (think steak, not smashed) and a great and oddly satisfying mayo & barbeque sauce blend I will always ordernow. Service: excellent! Food: very good! Really amazing staff. Food is delicious. They come take your order at the car and then bring the food out to you. Definitely... COVID friendly. Vegetarian options as well, including the salad boy burger!!!! Milkshakes are A+. Wait time was an hour when wevisited on Saturday at 2pm. Read more
I'm a life-long Swenson's fan, but this location is not representing the brand. It's the only location to ever mess up an order,... but tonight was the worst. Both inedible, beyond burnt Galley Boys, grilled cheese/baloney didn't have cheese. Location needs ahard reset. Read more
