Usually the service is lovely here, and we've had good experiences. But today it was just abysmal. With only about ten total... customers in the restaurant, the service was dreadfully slow and the staff was very standoffish. We ordered waters that wewaited a half an hour to get, and had to ask a passing server for them AGAIN before we received them. We got no updates aboutour food, and waited a total of 45 minutes to receive our meals (mostly omelets). Then we were informed that they'd evenforgotten one of the meals (out of four we'd ordered). The food was cold and/or burnt when we received it, and we were told thestaff in the kitchen was overwhelmed today (though, again, there weren't many people in the restaurant). We're reallydisappointed with the service because we've been to Sunny Street locations in the past and had good experiences, but this hasjust been awful. We never even recieved any communication about what was happening, which also made the wait frustrating. Themanager did end up taking the forgotten omelet off our bill, so that was appreciated. This is one of the famous cafe here in Polaris. This is open till 1:30 pm in the afternoon, also it opens early at 6:30 am. This... is famous for breakfast, brunch and lunch. They have all the varieties of breakfast and lunch, they have salads and tech mix. Iam being eggaterian I only had omelette which I liked it. Overall they have good enough seating and also outside seating whichis plus. Employees are friendly and helpful. Read more
We were passing through the area and happened to find The Sunny Street Café. We had the avocado toast the banana bread oatmeal... outside in their patio area. The avocado toast was outstanding as was the banana bread oatmeal. Great coffee. Maidline was agreat server. A great start to our day. Read more
I strongly suggest this place! The service was actually fast and precise! My server knew the menu inside and out and gave me a... great recommendation for breakfast! The price and the atmosphere was just fright for my Saturday morning breakfast! I got thecountry omelet with wheat toast and grits! I ate every bit of it! Read more
I was pleased to find they had Waffles, but it was really dry and had no taste to it. The grits were ok, but didn't taste like... any grits I ever had. They were an off color. Server was great, very attentive. Read more
Been coming here for awhile and every time is great. But today was particularly amazing. The staff was so welcoming and... attentive. Chelsea in particular did a great job of anticipating my needs. The food is always good, but having such a positiveenvironment really drove home why I love this location. I will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come! Read more

I just wanted to leave a review due to the two servers who comforted me while they saw me crying like a baby. Our server... Destiny was a wonderful server, she was caring and attentive. I want to shout out Caitlin who was not even our server, but whocame over and handed me more napkins as she saw me crying. I truly appreciated that. She then came to check on me a little laterand I told her how my grandmother just passed two days prior and that it hit me when I heard the Christmas music that wasplaying. She was so comforting and so caring, she even had the restaurant change the music for me. Caitlin and Destiny wentabove and beyond the role of a server and truly showed care and concern for me.
