I place my order online and it is never right. Special instructions are never read. I make sure to do it when it's not a busy... time so the person building the sub can take their time and not rush and it's still never right. Read more

Stopped in there today, 5/23/22. The place does not appear clean. The outside windows and doors are very dirty. The entrances... need swept. The windows on the refrigerated cases needed cleaned as well. We were glad to see another person working since weonly have a 30 minute lunch break (only one person has been in there for a long time) but she decided to take her smoke breakwith 6 people in line. We promptly left and went right down the street and ordered our lunch at a different sandwich shop. Read more
Make this place your last option. The veggies are often old and wilted, the lady doesn't fold the sub, she rolls it so that... everything is spilling out the side, and today the bun was as stale as can be. Read more
Excellent staff. Excellent manager. Excellent Owner. They pride themselves on making your order correctly. My order was... incorrect a couple of times over a few weeks and the owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make up for it. If you are downtown and arecraving Subway, be sure and go to this specific one. It's a Subway restaurant, so there are few surprises. The crew is very pleasant and they make every effort to get the order... right the first time. Service is quick and provided with a smile.
