I have a policy to avoid leaving reviews for fast food - unless I have a crazy exceptionally poor or great experience. This... visit was inexcusably poor. The individual making our sandwiches was impersonal, slow, and borderline rude the entire time weordered. I would've overlooked this if at the end of the transaction if there wasn't worse to come. Sometimes someone is new orjust having a bad day, after all. This man rang me up and overcharged me by a couple of dollars on two combos I requested. Stilldidn't rise to the level of irritation that will have me fuming. No, what puts me over the fence is that he stands there,pensive, for a couple of minutes trying to figure out why it's ringing up the way it did, and for the incorrect amount. To noavail. Okay, b/c I clearly have nowhere to go, right, cool. I think to myself, whatever, it is what it is. But since he'staking so long, I suggest he just scrap what he has in the system and start over. Dude ignores me and starts talking to his bossin Senegalese (or something close) - I recognized that his boss tells him to give me a particular discount that wouldeffectively be the same as me ordering two combos. Not only does he fail to apply a discount, he gives me the wrong cookie tocomplete one of the combos I ordered. Watch for this guy so you don't get gypped or get the wrong items. Read more

Absolutely terrible. Very rude and terrible service. Supposed to give away free subs until noon but told me at 11:45 that I'm... too late. The manager was extremely rude. This type of service is unacceptable. Read more

Lady at the front desk wouldn?t make anymore popcorn and she wanted us to buy two boxes instead of making a new batch. My little... sister also went to go get an icee and the lady at the front desk screamed at my sister for no reason. Read more

I rarely eat Subway.... To many carbs in the typically tasty bun and a need to change my diet (recent heart event which I wish... to make a one time event), I wanted something different that day so I thought a veggie sub with every vegetable they have loadedon (except onions, I don't really like their flavor and they don't like my digestive system). I've seen the commercials so Ihad a rough idea of what I would get. I chose a bun, told them I wanted a veggie sub, cheese type and moved on down to thevegetable bins. When I got home, started eating I thought, "Something doesn't seem right?" I pulled up Subway website, theveggie sub info....I did NOT have the veggie patty on my sandwich!!! Was I ripped off because I wasn't watching theconstruction close enough? Was saving on the most costly item an increase to their profit margin from my purchase? Or were theyjust out of the veggie patties? If the latter, why not say so. I could choose something else or ask for double of the rest ofthe toppings....I understand that inventory delivery can get off track & that isn't the individual store managers fault, BUT, atleast say something so I can make the choice. I came here with my family. The lady was on the phone and put the person on speaker while asking us what we wanted. I was trying... to think and she pressure me to make a decision because she didnt want to open again where she has the bread. One of the worstcostumer service I have seen so far. Read more

Just left this place...took everything not to leave the sandwiches at the counter and leave without paying. The Mexican guy was... rude. Seemed upset he had to be there. Idk. I'm not used to being treated like this as a customer. Will Never go back. Not tomention it was the smallest sub I've ever got from a Subway in my life. Save yourself the trouble and just don't go to thisplace. Read more
