Terrible experience. They would not accept a phone order, and yes, I spoke to the Manager, or at least she claimed to be. I... explained that I could not use the app as I was driving. Thank you for the lack of customer service. Thank you for NOT makingan exception. Thank you for making me aware of the ridgid policies at this location. I will recommend that people avoid thislocation. Read more

Terrible, the app would not let me add all of my special instructions, when I tried to call the store 3xs after placing my... order. No answer. When, I got to the store and explained to the clerk my dilemma his response was I made the order according tothe ticket. However he had not. The only special instructions I could fit was "No, lettuce.". My sandwich had lettuce on it. Uonce again explained the problem and asked if he could add the oil and vinegar I wanted and salt and pepper. He obliged me butstill insisted he made the sandwich to order. I left. When I got to the bus stop to take a bite I realized there was no cheeseeither. So, I went back and told the young man I also wanted cheese and it wasn't required for him to put it on the sandwich. Hecould just wrap my in paper. At this he stated he was calling his mgr because he made the sandwich to order. So, he did. Heexplained how he made my sandwich correctly and now, I'm back asking for cheese. I spoke with the mgr and told his employer toremake my sandwich. At which he stomped over to the bread and asked me what kind. While he was making my new sandwich I ran thephone again. I said, do you hear the phone ringing that's me. He blurted out, "I was told not to answer that phone." I saidreally, all of this could have been avoided had the phone been answered bcuz I called right after I entered my order. Noresponse. I got my sandwich and thanked and wished him a great weekend. No response. So, I guess you all know how I feel aboutthis Subway. To bad cuz it was one of my main go tos. Yuck, poor service Read more

There was 2 employees. One was very nice and helpful and was not having a good day. He just threw our toppings on, and if asked... for a little bit more he was like so over the top with it and I asked for a small swipe of mayo and he gave it way to much. Iasked it to be cut in half, yes even though it's a 6 inch. I had my 2 other co-workers with me and he did the same to them. Butover all it was a great lunch! Read more

I like Subway. I admit it. I was craving it, and had just gotten out of Grant Hosputal, and looked accordingly. I was waiting on... my VA rep to pick me up to take me to the Veterans clinic, and went here for a sandwich and to clean up a bit. Immediately, theapparent manager was treating me as if I were a vagrant (not that vagrants should ever be treated in such a manner either) andtrying to force my order or exact discomfort and embarrassment so to eject me from this facility. Mind, that this was all withinthe first 60-90 seconds that I was in the store, and that there was a couple at the counter placing their order. I purchased $21worth of subs and beverage that day, so I could take some with me for later, and the young black girl that prepared them wasexcellent-made exceptional sandwiches and had an air of embarrassment at her bosses treatment toward me. I realize that there isa homeless shelter within the block in one direction, but there is also a state of the art hospital in the other direction, andpeople often good people, experiencing possibly the most difficult things that life can bring are the patrons and denizens ofboth, and can outwardly it can probably be difficult to differentiate between them. People do not look their best during timesof crisis, but nearly all will seek an establishment of comfort (food) to find a reprieve from their current reality, thegravitas of their situation. Six months prior, as my wife were on her deathbed decades early, my wallet and phone stolen, and Iwas stranded outside in Hilliard in temperatures close to 0, concerned only with trying to be near her and oblivious to the factthat I were becoming frostbitten and confused, two Subway employees saw me, and brought me into their store and fed me like aking, gratis, and unprovicated. I didn't explain the events that had left me in that situation. I was even oblivious to the factthat I wasn't eating, sleeping, or paying attention to my own wellness. They treated me w Read more
