They?re food is Good. However employment sucks! I was hired & promised decent hours, only for our hours to be cut shorter each... week. ( I was told by an employee they lie to everyone & make empty promises to hire you on ) They won?t pay me my last checkpaycheck. I recorded a phone conversation between me & Whitney ( owner ) from Sunday where she stated she wasn?t upstairs tolook at paperwork to talk about my missing check & that she would give me a call today ( Monday ) however according to this sitethey close at 3pm ( it?s not 3:04pm ) & I haven?t received the call. I?m in the process of filing a complain with the Statelabor department, the corporate office of Subway,etc. My advice to anyone who wants to work here is be careful. Read more
I really wish I could give it jo stars because my experience was awful ! Subway server named K.K was mean and hateful ! She... threw our sandwiches and had an attitude the entire time ! After my sandwich was finally made she began joking around with hercoworker. I understand that it's a busy day, but there is NO need for that poor of customer service ! the workers were so rude and said that they just cant wait to get the f**k outta here straight to our faces on top of that we... had many bad remarks towards us and also and the sub was so poorly made she put closed the bread then put all of the toppings ontop of the sub and wrapped it in the paper so when i went to eat it it went every where and i have only bread left. the wholetime the workers acted super ghetto towards and non stop they were cussing at us the whole time. It's one of the largest Subway Sandwich shops I've ever seen. Prices are a little higher than normal because it's in the... Convention Center food court. They still have $5 dollar foot longs. I am actually editing my review. I had previously saidthey were friendly. However, the entire team today was down-right rude. Gotta remove a few stars. Read more
I've worked for Union 12 now for a while and setup quite a few events in the Convention Center. Usually when I'm cut for Lunch... around 4pm some days I come down to this location only for it to be closed. Today at 3:30pm I figured out as to why. Apparentlythey just decide to close when they "Want to" because "It's slow." Good to know that you can just decide when to shut downbecause you don't want to be there. Read more
