Don?t ever order ahead here and think your food will be ready when it says it will be. It won?t be. They?ll even make sandwiches... for walk ins before making yours after your pick up time. I placed the order at 12:10 and it said the food would be ready by12:30 the food was not done until almost 12:50. If you want to order ahead don?t do it at this subway. Read more
We don't often have Subway, but after the great service from the three young men working during this visit, we will make it a... more frequent choice. It was late and they were slow so we had concerns, but my 10 year old insisted it would be a nice change.The four of us went in having no idea what we were going to order and definitely an annoyance to any rational employee. Stopped in here tonight, first time in awhile. The 3 ladies who were working were just flat out awesome. They actually listened... to what I ordered, didn?t miss a thing and were super fast. I asked for a custom sub to be built. I wanted a sub like the Cali-Turkey, but just with the steak instead of Turkey. I was told... it will cost more. I said I understand and I have ordered a similar sub both. At the counter I was told that from now on I canonly order subs by number and that they don't make custom subs. This can't be true because it that is inconsistent with thebrand and against corporate policy. Even the icon on every subway says a build your own sandwich chain. The owner appears new.
