I tried the new "free delivery" as advertised. Ordered thru my Subway App. Two footlongs and 2 bags of chips. My order never... arrived!! Never received a driver approaching text. Finally, I called the store. Was told the order was picked up and delivered!To make this short, I paid $27 and charge. But no food. Customer Service gave me $5 back for the inconvenience. Nice gesture butstill never received the food!! Read more

Ordered online and went to restaurant just before closing at 8pm on Sunday. There was some line and customers ordering in person... got served 1st. At checkout, was asked which (3) cookies I?d like as gesture for wait. Waited, but thoughtful gesture matters- aa lady. Read more

Sure I understand no dine-in available but I didn't know that I was going to be singled out because I sat down after a long day... of work waiting to be helped. Women who waited on me was rude and very unprofessional and was management so she said. This was my first visit at this location... and was last visit at this location too. I ordered a 12 in footlong tuna as she made the sandwich I questioned her about the topportions of tuna and how little it was compared to what I'm used to getting at other locations. Needless to say she said thatthe portions were right. I don't know what happened to the customer is always right these days. Read more

I really wish you could give zero stars! This was my families last time visiting this Subway. Online ordering is supposed to... mean no waiting. My wife was not greeted upon entering the restaurant and had to wait for 4 people to get their sandwiches madebefore getting our order. When she did receive our order the lady was rude and just dropped it on the counter. Didn't sayanything to her. When we called to talk to a manager the lady on the phone turned out to be one of the ladies and said she wasthe GM. She was rude said our order was made correct even though it wasn't. The lady hung up on us. We have called and fileda complaint with Subway corporate offices. If you are thinking of going to this location I would strongly suggest you find adifferent location. You will likely leave this one dissatisfied! However, if you enjoy a side of rude and disrespectful withyour sandwich this is certainly the restaurant for you. Read more

There was only one worker at the time that seemed like he didn't care how many customers there were. He went to the back of the... restaurant and didn't come back for about 10 minutes. Ordering and everything was fine. Had to ask for a bag for my sandwich.Maybe have another employee there? Read more
