If I could I would write 0 stars. The customer service is terrible. When I was about to order she said hold on. I thought it... would be a short while. But little did I know that she was planning to fill up there bread drawer with an entire hotbox ofbread. I waited a little while and eventually I asked if I could get my food first cause I was in a hurry. She said yes veryrudely and started she was mad and disrespectful to the customers. Love that I can get breakfast anytime..
Recently ordered for pickup an hour ago, and I just now realized that they left me a little note on a napkin with some sauces... just in case I forgot to add sauce(which I did) telling me to have a blessed day. Their hours says open 8 am -10 pm, I went there 9:30 pm the open light was on and the workers were there.when I tried to open... the door, Door was locked and one of the worker looked at me and didn?t even care. This is the cleanest Subway in the Reynoldsburg area. Everything is very fresh, even the tomatoes are crisp. I don't even like... tomatoes. Staff is funny, fast, and patient. There are locations that are a little closer to me, but this is the one that I keepcoming back to. Read more
Worse subway I ever seen ..I ordered 2 veggi footlong as you can see in receipt for delivery..when order came food wasn?t sealed... with tamper evidence sticker..food was almost looks like not even packed well so i dnt know if driver touch my food aur whatidk..due to this covid situation Thay didn?t care about customer safety..we called and guy was on phone said come and pick othersandwiches but if I wanted to do that I shoud came pick not to spend more $$ and delivered my food ..then he said sorry we willmake sure next time and hang up on me ..vary unprofessional and rude ..after then I opened my sub as in pic you can see therewas no veggie patty on it ..vary bad ..please don?t eat subway from there especially if you doing delivery..not safe ?I wish icoud could give them 0 start but there is no option for that ..worse worse.. I started off getting turkey subs, but the turkey was bad and so was the lettuce. Recently I changed to plain tuna with cheese... and haven't had any issues. Today I purchased a tuna sub. The horrible smell was so bad that everyone who came within smellingdistance is throwing up. I then placed it in a garbage bag and tied it up. The remaining smell is still making us gag. Thislocation must have refrigeration issues, or food temperature gauges that aren't calibrated. As a cook, I have encountered badfish smells before. This smelled like it hasn't been at proper temp for at least 3 days. I hope this review helps them changewhatever to stay safer with food handling. Bad canned tuna can make you sick and we're not talking about mercury poisoning. Rawfish itself needs to be handled with care. Canned fish can be handled a little differently. Tinned tuna can cause food poisoningif handled inappropriately. Luckily, I didn?t swallow it. The first bite left me puking immediately. Read more
