There is such a thing as a bad sandwich less meat than any subway , all the condiments were on paper wrap not on sandwiches ... in other words just a nasty mess . The employees looked at us as they guilty or scared ???? Read more

I used to be a frequent here but it's gone downhill. I usually come to this location because of the drive-thru and they don't... answer the speaker 9/10 times or it's closed and they don't tell you or have a sign. Last time I had to call because there were4 of us in line for 20 minutes, the lady in front of me at the speaker was even honking and they never answered. I had to calland tell them to work the drive-thru.. the girl claimed the buzzer didn't work which was just an excuse because you canliterally see the cars that pull up to the drive-thru from the window. Other than that, the staff is always rude, careless andnever get my online order right. I don't plan to ever visit this location again. Read more

The drive-through is closed during store hours more often than it's ppen. Update: For over a year, this location's drive-through... has been closed all hours, yet their neon window sign that reads, "OPEN Drive-thru," is always brightly lit. I even went insidethe last time I visited and told them that if they're not going to open the drive-through, they should turn off that sign, butthat was clearly a waste of breath. I am truly fed up with this location and will be filing a complaint with management. It'sobvious they have no intention of re-opening that drive-through through, so that sign needs to go. It deceives you into thinkingthe window is open, but it's not until you drive around to the back of the building that you're greeted by a hand-written signthat reads, "Drive-thru closed". I have been there 3 times, and the girls that work in there need to learn customer service. They do not greet you at all and... let you stand there for 5 min before they say anything. Then they sound so irritated that you came in there. The subs are nottoasted at all. The bread tastes stale and hard. I got the spicy Italian, and asked if they had the packets of Italian sauce andshe said no. So I called my boyfriend to see what other sauce he wanted. After I get off the phone she says well I have Italiansauce in the fridge, but wouldn't put it on the sandwiches just gave me a little cup. So why tell people you don't have Italiandressing anymore,but then have a full bottle in the fridge. Anyway I will not be returning there. Terrible customer service, badattitudes. Not sure what they toast the subs on,but they never come out toasted at all. The parking lot really needs work.Potholes are huge! Read more

Pretty good except the sandwich artist put two handfuls of lettuce on my sandwich when I only wanted onions and peppers then... started hitting himself in the head after realizing his mistake. Also the dude next to me had onion breath. Read more

The sub was great however management needs to speak to land owner or whoever takes care of the property. The front of the store... is a complete mess including the parking lot. The grass isn't cut, bushes or whatever they are need cut and the parking lotentrance is full of massive potholes. It is not presentable at all. Read more
