Stopped in to pick up lunch for a big crew working at the Fairgrounds. Isabella was a STAR! Didn?t let our large 12-sandwich... order fluster her, gave great recommendations on which cheese and bread to use for which sandwich, and labeled everything so ourteam had an easy time of picking what they wanted. She even filled a couple of carry out containers with the veggies so everyonecould customize and the bread wouldn?t get soggy on our way back to the work site. The guy working at this store is unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
Ordered 2 meals online?2 subs, 2 drink, 2 chips. When the order was dropped off the only thing in the bag were the 2 sandwiches.... They forgot our drinks and chips and there is no way to get ahold of anyone from doordash so I tried calling the store twice andno answer. Honestly blows my mind how hard it is. Just did an online order and they didn't get my order right. I ordered the cali steak salad only got a regular salad. Took me... while got the food to realize they didn't get the order right. I like subway but won't come there again. Its the first and thelast time. Read more
I just got a 6" meatball sub and that was okay. But while I was here, a few things caught my attention that make me not want to... recommend this location. -The cheddar slices looked like they had been out for at least a day and were pretty tragiclooking. -The sweet tea was out. -The paper towels in the restrooms were jammed and the employees didn't seem particularlyconcerned about it. -There was a lengthy discussion with a customer at the register because the server couldn't figure out howto change the charge on a combo for a drink. Honestly, it seemed like this place was super short staffed. Only two people backthere. I don't know if I can recommend this place because you aren't gonna be able to keep up with service and presentation withso few people.
