This is the first time we have been back since reopen, we ordered uber eats so I can only speak on the food. It was really... great! Actually better then I remember, and I actually liked the fries that I normally hate *sorry* The food was well puttogether, fresh, and hot. Read more

This location does appear to stuggle, like many restaurants, with finding help. We ordered a milkshake thru the drive thru... (during non peak meal hours) and we sat and waited for over 10 minutes. We learned the car before us ordered 13 sandwiches. Andthere was only one person working. And we also learned that the milkshake flavor we had ordered wasn't actually available. Andthere is a lot of construction going on at the main intersection near this location. So trying to leave there and hit thefreeway was impossible. Had to back track to get back on the freeway. The redesigned system is great, but not enough. You have to clean and maintain your restaurant if you want customers. Place is... gross. Read more

The chili bowl looked like the cup size. I was assured it was a bowl. And everything is extra. Yet no table service!!

$4 meals are reasonable, if you can call a cup of chili a meal. The garlic butter burger was a bit too intense. The service was... fast and the location wasn?t busy when we visited. Read more

The food was good, and ready quickly. However, anyone who knows what Steak 'n Shake was like only three years ago will... understand what I mean when I say Steak 'n Shake has changed for the worse. Steak 'n Shake has abandoned its wait staff andclassic diner atmosphere and adopted a more impersonal approach, complete with ordering from a digital kiosk. The charm andfriendly staff is gone, and I'm left paying the same price, or more, for slightly above average food, while not being taken careof. I understand that the world we live in has changed; inflation and shortages have presented incredible challenges. Yet, I'mnot all that interested in dining here again, which is heart breaking for me who, since I was a boy, was always so excited to goto Steak 'n Shake. Read more

We dined in. Service was efficient and fast. Be aware that there's no longer any sit-down service or wait staff....you order... your food at a kiosk, and pick it up at the counter when your name is called. Our sandwiches were scrumptious and the frenchfries were good. The milkshakes were thick, creamy, and delicious! Read more

What has happened to Steak ?n Shake?! It used to be known as a place where you were seated by a host(ess) and served by a waiter... or waitress. There is absolutely ZERO customer service or atmosphere. You now order on a computer screen, make your own drinks, have the number of your order yelled at you when it?s ready, and bus your own table. And you?re asked to give a tip when youorder at the kiosk?FOR WHAT?!?! Yet another restaurant that has fallen victim to high labor costs, inability to find workers, and inability to adapt to meet customers? expectations. This was the last time I?ll ever eat at a Steak ?N Shake? so sad. Read more
