I never leave negative reviews because I don?t really care to and I?m not that kind of person but today at 4:00pm September 13th... I ordered a #3 with cheese fries and a coke then proceeded to sit in the the drive thru for almost THIRTY minutes! I?m on lunchbreak mind you, and I get to the window the taller mixed lady (I couldn?t see her name well) told me it was $7 and some change Igave her my card she rang it up, I sit for another 5 minutes or so Iand she hands me a bag and tells me to have a good day, Itold her she forgot my drink and she gave me a weird look and I explained what I had ordered, when she went to make the drink, Ilooked into the bag and? wrong order! So I tell her this isn?t my order when she comes back with my coke and starts gettingsnippy and mumbled under her breath ?You didn?t have to crumble the bag up like that? (which I didn?t, I just rolled it back up)she then comes back to the window and tries to charge me $10! So by now I?m losing my cool and I ask her what?s the difference$3? And she rudely says ?Ummm no it?s more than that!? well you?re not double charging me ??????????? And she slams the windowon me. I'm giving them a 2 star review only because they got most of my order correct but Why would you pack the hot food with cold... drink? I would Love to know why they thought that was a good idea. Would not recommend doing a pick-up order and will not beback. SMDH Read more
Steak n' shake is always really good food for low prices. A favorite of mine is their Double Garlic Burger, which comes with... fries. I also often order a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough milkshake. The drive through was super fast, they were really movingpeople through, and we got our food right away with no issues. Read more

got a garlic dble steak burger and all the garlic paste was on top of the burger bun... instead of inside?
