Only 1 worker working every time I go in and the lines are always long.
Stood at the register for over 15 minutes, watched several people walk away without being acknowledged. Not even a "We'll be... right with you." Just blantently ignoring everyone in line while one person does all the work. The other stands around chattingmoving at a snails pace and playing with papers. I asked as politely as I could what I was waiting for since she was standingright I front of me for a while and she snapped back about she has to do her job. Then she finally begredgened took my order.Then the manager is standing around watching it all. Horrid customer service. Read more
Just received some of the worst customer service ever from this Starbucks location. Barista name Nevaeh is extremely rude and... shouldn?t hold a job in customer service whatsoever!!! Shame on Kroger and Starbucks for allowing employees to act this waytowards paying customers. I will not be back to this establishment!! Read more
This is the best location to go too. Do Not go to the Hilliard store infront of meijer, you wait so long and they make their... hours up on a daily basis. Orders are always wrong too. If there is a line wrapped around the building here, I guarantee you youwon't wait longer than 10 min. They always get the orders right. The staff are wonderful This is a super fast location! If Icould give them 10 stars I totally would. I'll drive out of my way to come here that's forsure. Read more
I only get a real dark roast, not any of their expensive fru-fru drinks. The woman serving me was wonderful, her Co-worker was... also attentive in getting me the creamer before I asked for it. Nice job. Read more
I accidentally dropped a mug, because it wasn?t securely strapped into the packaging. I couldn?t find the price tag because It... was inside the actual packaging where it was not visible. The worker their was very rude about the whole thing. The workermentioned that others have dropped those same mugs this week, but clearly the employees haven?t done anything about it.
