Only 1 worker working every time I go in and the lines are always long.
Stood at the register for over 15 minutes, watched several people walk away without being acknowledged. Not even a "We'll be... right with you." Just blantently ignoring everyone in line while one person does all the work. The other stands around chattingmoving at a snails pace and playing with papers. I asked as politely as I could what I was waiting for since she was standingright I front of me for a while and she snapped back about she has to do her job. Just received some of the worst customer service ever from this Starbucks location. Barista name Nevaeh is extremely rude and... shouldn?t hold a job in customer service whatsoever!!! Shame on Kroger and Starbucks for allowing employees to act this waytowards paying customers. I will not be back to this establishment!! Read more
