I know that the place is busy but there was 20-30m wait on drinks and a worker who would make a drink and not call out the name.... Her name started with a T (either Tova or Tori) one girl kept showing her text-maybe she was deaf. Every drink that was made-waswrong. People were hovering over the counter checking for theirs. One girl came in -seemingly mid shift and started helping(Megan red hair) she was very good! Read more

I was waiting for my coffee for too long just now at 5:40 pm. I understand that there were only two working. But after several... minutes I went and asked but the person on the register was the one who responded and not the one making my coffee. Then whenit?s ready I was not told. The one who responded was again the register person and she did not even looked at me. My onlycomplaint is that she should communicate and respond. The absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to! The counters(all of them) had everything from milk, to fruit, coffee grounds,... and syrup all over them. Trash all over the floor behind the counter and generally just a filthy environment. I was so disgustedthat I walked out without my drink that I already paid over $6 for! I have been coming to this location for years. I don?t normally post publicly however every time I have gotten coffee from this... location recently it has been ice cold and tastes as though it has been left in brewer overnight. I have worked in food service,in order for coffee to get to that temperature in a brewer, it must be sitting for many hours. This is a serious food safetyconcern and really needs to be addressed immediately. Read more
