ONLINE orders ONLY? then when I go to the app they have a lot of items always saying sold out
The staff here is very nice but completely overwhelmed. YOU NEED TO HAVE MORE STAFF HERE. I ordered online and then waited for... 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. Don?t walk, run away! The employees are nice enough, but you can?t just order a coffee, you HAVE TO HAVE the app. After about 8... minutes of me standing in the lobby downloading the app, creating a profile (another have to), and adding my debit card, Idiscovered they don?t even accept debit cards as payment. Mobile order only and no seating. Very busy so even simple drinks (hot chocolate and a water) took a while.
All the espresso drinks have been well made and taste good, but every single time I have ordered a black coffee from this... location it has been weak, watery, and luke-warm. Usually I can rely on Starbucks coffee being piping hot and strong, but not atthis location. Read more
It was ok in the beginning, but it quickly devolved into chaos. I literally needed egg bites warmed up and I ordered way before... I needed it, to give them time. They said 9 minutes is the waiting time, which is fine. But when I get there after 10 minutesit's still not ready, which is understandable as it's kind of busy in the morning. But I waited an extra 20 minutes for myorder. 30 minutes to warm up two egg bites? I mean if that's the level you're operating at, fine, but at least be honest on theapp and tell me what the expected time is. In the end, they weren't even warmed up fully.
