It's not very often that I interact with the employees because I typically order mobile. However my Venti Iced Americano is... always bold and cold just like I like it. It's also a bit more convenient than the other locations despite only on streetparking. Always remember to use the revolving door! Read more

I?ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations, but I have NEVER had as good of service as I had here! Honestly, I probably haven?t... had service as good as this in any other business either. It was truly exceptional! My friend and I couldn?t decide what to get,and the barista found the perfect drinks for us based on what we both liked. She was funny, knowledgeable and just reallypersonable! I didn?t get her name, but she referred to herself as ?the Alchemist.? We?ll definitely be coming back! Read more
Very disappointed. Tried to enjoy a nice pour over but was told since they are owned by the hotel they we're only allowed to... give pour overs of what they already have open. Why have a big Starbucks sign out front if all your doing is selling Starbuckscoffee. Read more
This is my preferred Starbucks..I go at least three times a week. The staff is awesome! I wish that the Rewards app was used at... full capacity here. I can use it for purchases, but I'm not able to leave a tip from the app. Read more
Wonderfully friendly and polite baristas. They were having some issues regarding accepting Starbucks cards while they were still... in the process of fully opening, but you could still get your stars by contacting Starbucks. Now that they are established theyaccept gold cards and other gift cards. The one disappointing thing about this location - and it's not one they have any powerover - is that can't accept Star Rewards, similar to Starbucks inside theme parks and some other businesses. Nice unique little Starbucks located in the historical LeVeque Tower. The workers are very friendly and make awesome drinks.
