Prices are more expensive than the Starbucks a block away at Broad and 3rd. Grande Mocha Frap was $5.75 here, versus $4.75 at... the location a few minutes down the street. Paying a hotel tax or what? Read more
Great little place attached to the Sheraton hotel. On and out!
Doesn't even deserve one star. The customer service is terrible. The lady was taking orders was clearly irritated to work and... made sure to express it with her lack of enthusiasm and irritated tone. To make it worse the place closes at noon and I wasshoved out to the hotel uncomfortabley carrying 3 beverages after I expressed to the employee that my son and mother had usedthe restroom and would be back in a moment. I've worked in the service industry my entire working career and would never treat acustomer in this manner. Very disappointed. Read more
My favorite coffee is a dark roast pour over. Most of the time when you visit a Starbucks you have to wait till the late... afternoon in order to get a poor / but this Starbucks it's encouraged every time of day. That is why it is my favoriteStarbucks. Read more
The coffee was terrible. It literally tastes like someone just ran water through the coffee maker. You can't even taste the... creamer or sweetener. Because this Starbucks is part of the hotel, we could not use points or get points. Worst experience. Read more
