Placed a mobile order and got the weirdest attitude about it from the girl working. Yelled at me asked if I wanted to place an... order I said I did then proceeds to tell me she doesn't have the stuff for my drink I asked for a different drink instead andshe rolled her eyes at me. Read more

One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I waited in line behind someone who works at Kroger. They were gossiping and... hollering about a customer for 5 minutes. After 8 minutes I left. Kind of ridiculous. Read more
Do not go to the joke of a Starbucks. It's always super SLOW, employees act like they don't wanna be there or serve anyone.... Today the younger woman working by herself had her nasty armpit all over the cups etc, mean mugging myself and customers. Allwhile she moves like a TURTLE. 2nd time i tried to get some drinks. Blender broken and today they was closed by the time i got there at 7pm. I brought my kids... to get hot chocolate and now have to drive way out of my way and cant enjoy the evening wasting time. Wont try again. Read more
Last time I went at 7:45pm and the employee says they are closed, but the hours says closing at 8pm. So today I came at 7:30 and... there were 2 employees there and they say they are closed. I asked ?well what time do you close?? She paused and the otheremployee looked at her and the other one said ?7:30pm?. If they close at 7:30pm the closing times need to change from 8pm to7:30pm because these workers are leaving early without permission. Read more
