Reviews for Starbucks in Columbus, OH

The Starbucks at the corner of 14th and High st. is a perfect location for Ohio State students. I go to this location all the... time and the wait time for mobile orders is so fast. With that being said there are some parts of the store that are not veryaccessible. The two doors to get into the store are not automatic making difficult for a person using a wheel chair to enter.Additionally because it does get so busy there is not much room for mobility in the small space. Finally there is only streetparking in front and on the side of the store with a few handicap spots making it not super accessible. There is no need for aramp because it is a level entrance to the side walk which is very nice. Overall I really love this location and how convenientit is for OSU students! However some improvements on accessibility could be made! Read more

I was happy to hear Starbucks added food to their menu! Prior you stopped to get a fantastic cup of coffee but we're forced to... get a sandwich somewhere else?? Now you provide one stop shopping!!! To be more specific...Breakfast sandwich...because you havealways had foods. I hope it has paid off and will continue into the future!!! Read more

Overall the Starbucks on high street is accessible however there is still a few things that could be improved. For example the... double doors to enter the Starbucks aren?t very accessible for a wheel chair and the construction across the street doesn?t helpeither. On the contrary, the inside is big enough to maneuver a wheel chair, there are high and low tables, there are twoaccessible bathrooms and there are also braille menus. The service at Starbucks is also really good and I know that there aretrainings that have to be done on accessibility for both the workers and customers. Lastly the outside patio is very accessibleand leads directly into the Starbucks. Read more

My favorite Starbucks. I order from UberEats here almost everyday. They never mess up my order, and anytime they?re out of... something, they?re sure to give me a call and let me know in case I?d like something else. They also leave cute little friendlynotes on some of the packaging occasionally. Read more

Every sip makes your morning better. I recommend using the app to get extra points to get free drinks, and order on the app to... save time and not wait. I love the feelings of drinking somethings good, and well made. Best drink that I always order, MangoDragon fruit with half Lemonade half water. Read more
