Absolutely fantastic stop for a great Trenta Strawberry Acai with Light Lemonade and no berries!!! Make sure you ask them to... shake it well to make it nice and cold! Love to grab the warmed almond croissant or warmed chocolate croissant for a quicksnack. If you need a meal then order one of their fantastic hot sandwiches! Read more
The store constantly has a huge line. The store has been very iffy depending on who?s working. My first visit was in April when... my wife had our first child. The man and woman working were super nice, congratulated me on my first child, and offered amazingguest service. Line was long but moved quickly. However, I came back again last week and the service was so bad. I came onWednesday and the line wasn?t even long but it still took almost 20 minutes to get through and get my coffee. The lady takingorders was obviously unhappy being there and the the other was just as unhappy. No sense of urgency in getting anything done.Came again on Friday and the man checking people out was nice enough and the line wasn?t taking long so it started nice but thewoman making drinks was just beyond rude. I ordered my drink with light ice and my cup said light ice and the barista still madeit will tons of ice. So I informed her that I wanted light ice and she was over the top with dumping out my drink and making ashow about having to remake it. If she would have made it correctly this wouldn?t have been an issue. It wasn?t even 7am, howcan you be so unhappy so early in the day. Not coming back to this location anymore. I wanted to call the store manager and tellthem about the barista but I can?t get a hold of the store. They need work!! Read more
Riverside Starbs is the best location. Customer service is BEYOND incredible- everyone who works there remembers guests names,... takes time to note favorite drinks, and is always ready with a new recommendation if I don?t know what I?m feeling for the day.Mason, Alyssa, Noah, Logan, Sherita, Nichole, and the couple new ones whom I haven?t had the pleasure of meeting yet- theycertainly keep this hospital running. They?re so personable, knowledgeable about drinks, and can knock out the ?wrapped aroundthe building? line in record time. Even when I don?t want to walk all the way across the hospital, I make the trek because Iknow I?m going to leave with a delicious drink, smile on my face, and an uplifted mood. I go to Starbucks at Riverside almost every morning when I'm at work. Noah, Mason, and Logan are fantastic. I don't even have to... tell them my order. They greet everyone and get the drinks done in a timely manner. Are there times they are super busy and youhave a little wait? Well of course just like any food service business. They work very hard to get the line taken care of in atimely manner. Even when I'm too busy to go down and send someone, they know my order and send my drink with a little note onit!! This was my first experience with Starbucks. In the two days I was in Columbus I went three times. I enjoy coffee of all variety... and I enjoyed the options here. Quality coffee is not something you can get just anywhere. The barista was very polite and itwas fast service. Read more
