Dear Starbucks, please change your system to allow customers to leave credit card tips. The staff is incredible and I would love... to leave a tip but I almost never have cash on me. Your staff would probably make bank in tips if you allow credit card tipping. Read more
Worst location! Clearly you didn?t think this one thru. I normally never review Starbucks because I frequent them too much while... traveling but this one was one of the terrible ones and I DID NOT enjoy the baristas too? bleh! Go to crimsons cup or a localshop than here. Left in a bad mood that?s how miserable the experience is :( Read more
Super fast. Ordered ahead, ran in, Wonderful. It beats waiting in drive thru every time! That drive thru is a joke, but going... in yourself is simply easy and the service was great. Read more
Worst Starbucks store! There were no staff in the store and of course the drinks I ordered were not ready. Ten minutes after the... mobile order, an employee showed up, made three orders from other customers in the store first, and gave them my drink.Twenty-two minutes after ordering, 12 minutes after the estimated pickup time, I was able to receive the drink I ordered. The employee antics are absolutely ridiculous at this point! I ask for light cream in my iced espresso and the barista brings... the creamer to the window and counts out 8 drops! If a customer asks for light cream just give a splash like a NORMAL personwould! There is NO need to be attention seeking! Starbucks really needs to hire people with a positive self image and steerclear of the potential employees who dislike themselves at their inner core! Your average Starbucks experience. This location can get quite busy so order ahead. Parking lot is very small and drive through... always packed. Otherwise, staff is very friendly and store always clean! Read more
Not a fan. The traffic often backs up blocking the street and intersection. The managements lack of response in dealing with... illegal parking, blocking traffic and the community's safety concerns ( My wife and daughter have both almost been hit from carspulling out of the drive thru). Go across the street. Get out of your car and and help a local coffee shop instead of buyingburnt overpriced coffee. Read more
