Stopped in this morning at 7:45 and noticed there was no one behind the counter. I assumed maybe they were on a bathroom break... or some thing as there?s usually someone there by 7:45 every Wednesday when I stop by this location. so I waited patiently withseveral other patrons until about 8 o?clock when a Kroger store representative came over and informed us they were not openingno until 9 o?clock today. I would just really appreciate a sign or a note letting customers know when the hours are changed sowe don?t all waste our time standing in line for nothing. Thanks so much and have a nice day. I ordered a salted cold foam cold brew and it was extremely watered down. I very politely explained the situation to the... barista. He rudely asked what I had to drink , grabbed the pitcher of cold brew from the refrigerator (the same one he made theoriginal drink with), poured it into my glass and handed it back to me without saying anything. Meh, it's Starbucks: the Mickey D's of coffee houses. 3 stars is a little generous, but 2.5 wasn't an option. Their coffee... tastes burnt to me, like they roast their beans too fast or something. Read more

The Kroger Chambers Road Starbucks is a quick stop and go but is not full service and you cannot get smoothies there. However,... the people that work there are nice. Read more

One of the baristas on 1/15/18 messed up my order. She asked me three times what I wanted in my iced coffee. Put on your... listening ears!! She then messes up my overpriced beverage, giving me a cold brew when I asked for an iced coffee. She evenassured me that she made the correct beverage. She then tries to make me an iced coffee but puts water in the cup like she?sdiluting a cold brew. Thankfully, another barista made my order for her as the other girl was extremely incompetent and unableto follow even basic directions. Let me hop over the counter and make my beverage for you. Come on Starbucks. You need to hirequalified baristas. Read more

They are always taking 30 min to 1 hour breaks ............ I have an hour lunch and it seems like I catch them right before... they go on break and can't get a refill ......... entertaining watching all the people waiting in line and complaining........... like I did today ............ never going back. 2 stars because the location is great, and every now and then I get an employee that makes my order great, but the drinks do... tend to turn out quite inconsistent This time, however, was disappointing. The young man that worked around 14:40 on Wednesday,March 1st was not very attentive to me as a customer and was quite distracted the whole time he was serving me. My drink cameout a bit watered down, was lukewarm, and very flavorless. I would return to this location but would avoid being served by thisemployee. Read more
