When we went there was 2 associates working together and went to break together. Told my daughter they would be 20 minutes. When... they came back they told her and another customer they would have to wait why they restocked the store before opening and thenhad the nerve to get an attitude because they aren't able to multitask. Sorry Starbucks but your stores have been lacking mylast couple of visits no matter the location. Be glad I can't give this place a negative star. Read more
I come here often they usually have only one or two people with a line of customers and they are always incredibly friendly. One... lady in particular a beautiful brown lady who worked under target I believe always makes my vanilla sweet cream cold brewabsolutely perfect!! Read more
Recently they adjusted the indoor space to allow just one customer in the lobby at a time which I think is the right thing to do... since the arrows were difficult to follow before. Always have great service here and the staff is awesome. Read more
This is the third time I have been to this location and they don?t have any cold brew. However, this was the first time I waited... in line 10 minutes before she bothered to tel me. The barista was respectful enough the other two times to let the line know.How hard is it to create a sign even? I will not be going back to this one ever. Read more

Stopped in for a coffee on a rough afternoon and walked out in a brighter mood and the best drink I?ve ever had! Employee Tay... was filling in for a call off so she didn?t know how to make my drink and asked if she could try. I didn?t have highexpectations since by day was going so badly, but she exceeded and beyond! Not only did she make the best tasting drink ever,but she also cheered me up! She deserves a raise and a strong pat on the back! I?ll definitely be going back and tellingeveryone to visit. I just wish I had the recipe for the drink for my future visits, lol! Read more
