This starbucks always makes the best, most accurate, and consistent drinks. Although, everytime I substitute for soy in my... drinks it contains calcified soy sediment at the bottom, which is harmless but ??????????? The staff is always super nice andquick with orders! Be wary of entering the drive through tho, the entrance is one way and it's impossible to escape of you need! Read more

I love coming to this Starbucks, they handle busy times of the morning very well, never waiting more then 10 minutes in drive... thru. Drive thru employees are always peppy and a pleasure to talk to. Read more

I have placed a mobile order twice this week and had to wait for my drink both days - not a problem. However, this morning, I... was told they were delayed on their mobile orders and I was asked to pull around to the front of the patio. I waited 10 minutesand saw several people walk in and pick up orders and no one came out with my order. I finally pulled into a spot and walked into see my drink order sitting there - cold and wrong! How can you have a delay on the mobile orders?! I have visited severalStarbucks and this location has been disappointing every time. Read more

The staff at all Starbucks are always awesome but this is easily my favourite location :) isn?t my regular spot but every time... I?ve been here they?ve always gone out of their way for me without me asking. Whether it?s remaking a drink I came to pick uplate (like I said I had not even asked them to but they offered!) or letting me order extra cold foam (which I have heard isannoying to make I?m so sorry) but they are always sooo nice about it coming from food service myself I honestly feel bad. Plusthey always make my drinks perfect and I know my order is super picky. I really appreciate you guys!!! Read more

Unfortunately bad service.. which in turn bad quality products. There were 5 employees behind the counter, two at drive thru... with 10 cars in line and 3 others at the counter. I walked in. Two of them were on there phones and the other was making everydrink for every order. The one on her phone even said hello to me when I walked in and then ignored me standing in line. Theperson making drinks, all alone, was rushing. This place gets worse. I?m gonna go to a different one from now on Read more

Very poor customer service for the new staff! I ordered my cold brew the same as usual and have never had any issues until... today. The associate wasn?t understanding to why I questioned why my coffee was so light she was sure that the way it was madewas correct not apologetic at all. I told her it wasn?t right and that I?d like it remade and I?ll even come inside to get itsince I was in the drive through. I came inside same issue. So I asked the girl why it was so light she tells me because of thecream (which I knew was the issue I just wanted them to tell me since I never asked for cream!!) The proceeds to tell me if Iwant it made without I have to order it that way. So I tell her that?s exactly how I ordered it with FOAM not cream! Thereshould be a clear separation which there wasn?t. She remakes my drink with attitude and not once did anyone apologize for theirmistake. If customer service isn?t your strong suite please find a different career path. The error was an easy fix but don?t beso quick to blame me when you didn?t read the ticket correctly because not once does it same cream! Just be aware of the type ofservice you get going here with these new workers. 2 stars because this was not handled correctly. Read more
