I understand understaffing however when you have workers that are there but standing around talking when wait times are crazy -... that I don?t understand! Starbucks knows they have the customer base so they don?t change their efficiency - customer service orsense of urgency. My daughter and her 2 friends went for a friends gathering - they waited 20 minutes for iced drinks and 10 minfor a cake pop which they never received. They asked politely at one point about the cake pop and were told rudely to wait. Alsothey charged the girls different prices for the same cake pop?? These girls are kind and respectful and the staff here was rudeand disrespectful to them! Disappointing!! Read more

Weekends have become chaotic and the management is constantly changing. I don't know if they're going to keep letting 40 minute... wait times happen. Still, it's definitely not this Starbuck's fault. I see baristas trying their best. Because of their hardeffort, they deserve a good rating. Read more
