I generally do not write negative reviews but I feel like I have to say something because this is literally the worst Starbucks... I have ever been to. Orders always take forever, they are always out of things, and if they are out of things, the app doesn?treflect it so you don?t know that they can?t make your mobile order until you get there to pick it up. One time, they still didnot have my drink ready 15 minutes AFTER the designated pickup time so I had to cancel and they didn?t even refund me like theysaid they would, I had to get my refund by reaching out to Starbucks Customer Service. I recommend taking the extra 3 minutes togo to the other nearby locations. Read more

This place has been understaffed and very busy like 3/5 times I go and they always treat you kindly and you can tell they have... an urgency in trying to get everyone taken care of. and my drink is always right ???? that's why I give em 5 stars. I decided to run ??????? through the drive through at this location after getting some bad news and was not expecting anything... special? However to my surprise the Queen/King ???????????? running window made my day instantly made better. When I got up tothe speaker and they said ? hi queen , what can I get for you today ? it instantly left a smile on my face ?? They were so kindand sweet and when I got up to pay they were so enthusiastic and energetic that it made me happy just to have been speaking tothem. It?s rare to find people who shine bright and I just want to thank them for making my day !
