The worst cashier ever! I order a pizza, wait 15 minutes and seems that someone else took ir because the guy who made the pizza... (the best guy/employee in there) he just did it but seems like someone took it. So I ask for a refund and the cashier dont evenask me why. When I told her what happend she just answer, "you already ask for a refund" So I said I can order again and shejust told me to leave. And also said the guy to dont do anything that I order. Go there all the time! Cheap gas prices and great store with wide selection of food/drinks. Lots of space between the gas pumps... too! Read more

Loved the chocolate banana frappe. Roller food was a little overcooked but store was clean and friendly staff. Glad I found a... speedy café somewhat close by. I will be back. Read more

I am honestly only inclined to write this review because, despite the exterior being much nicer, and the size of the store much... bigger, than the nearby speedway (non-cafe) at Hilliard-Rome Rd, the staff there is like 100x more polite than the staff there.I was literally appalled at the customer service at the Roberts Rd location, and I won?t be returning here despite the handsomeinterior. Management should do something about their rude cashiers. Oh, and no it was not a fluke. I visited here once a day forabout three weeks. It was consistently bad. Read more

This is the best Speedway I have ever been in. The staff is incredible, truly the most kind, compassionate and helpful people... you could ever hope to interact with. I have been to many speedways and this was my first visit to this location . The store was clean ! Was able to get my coffee... quick ! Made it through the line fast . And the manager who checked me out was very nice and friendly ! Read more

I ordered a custom breakfast sandwich and a latte from the café. Despite being the only customer, the wait was several minutes.... The sandwich was served cold, although after I microwaved it the taste was decent enough. The latte was also cold, only filled2/3rds of the way, and tasted like it was mostly cheap flavor syrup. Overall I wasn't impressed. If they're trying to step up tothe level of sheetz and wawa they have a long way to go, luckily for them wawa and sheetz don't exist around here. Read more

If there is any manager other then Conrad please try and figure something out!! He is the worst store manager anyone can ask for... I?ve been going to this speedway ever since it first opened up because of there customer service but Conrad thinks he?s the manor something, I ask him to order something for me a customer request and it?s been 3 months and he says the company is out of itand I know he is lying, so today I go in there ask him if the trucking company is the same as the Hilliard time speedway becausethat manager cares for his customers and his business and Conrad said yes so then I asked him why doesn?t he order what I askfor he says I forget and i don?t care for what you ask me to order in front of customers and I?ve been in retail for over 10years so I know a little something about customer requests so I thought that was disrespectful of him l! He says Saturday itwill be in and I come every Saturday so I asked him nicely to write it down as a reminder and till today he still never ordersit says I forget and I don?t care what you ask me for and walks away like I?m not human, so please speedway if there?s anythingyou can do to fix the manager or have another manager that would make this speedway great again 100% I?m talking from experienceand for other customers!
