Drive thru onlybwhich is understandable. Missed part of the order thru the speaker. Had to wait longer to order it at the... window once we realized we didnt get it. Good was cold and/or burnt. "Footong coney" was smothered in ketchup and mustard. All but one of the shakes were off somehow. Didn't taste good. Not a good showing. Read more
Went and they told me I had to use drive thru. I wanted to order and eat at a Kiosk. There was 4-5 people inside. This will be... my last time going here. Thank you for showing me such poor customer service. Read more
What a disappointment of my favorite childhood drive-in. I sat in a stall waiting for someone to answer the call button for ten... minutes so I got in the drive-thru lane. When I pulled up to order I waited at least 5 minutes for someone to answer (and no oneever did), so I pulled up to the window only for some girl to tell me she would only be able to take my order via her headset.The restaurant was by no means busy, but how about just telling the person waiting that you?ll be with them in a few minutesinstead of them sitting there wondering if the speaker is working? One employee did have time to get into a car with friendsoutside for a good 10 minutes, then got out, and went back into the store?. We got our two slushes which were two pumps of syrupand plain icee poured on top. Terrible. Read more
Horrible experience. Ordered a sonic double bacon cheeseburger and specified no mayo and no tomato. The screen didn't have the... no tomato on in and Inasked the person to make sure it had no tomato on it. She said "We got it, you don't want tomato" andactually made excuses as to why she couldn't hit the button again. Sandwich had 2 slices of tomato on it. My strawberry shakecould have just been a vanilla shake with strawberry topping. Only the top inch or so had strawberries in it. My tater totswere dry and withered. Would not recommend this Sonic location. When I buzzed inside from the outdoor parking to file acomplaint they wouldn't respond after I told them I didn't want to order and that I wanted a supervisor. None of the exterior lights were lit at 9pm, we didn't think they were even open. Then we waited 15 Behr our order was even... taken, but it did come out quickly. The food was worth what we paid. The shakes were super thick and yummy. Read more
