So frustrating. Go to Sonic?s drive through because there?s a short line. Asked for a chicken slider with nothing on it due to a... pickle allergy and then add cheese. Asked for cheesy tots (a sonic staple, right?). When receiving food my chicken sandwich ofcourse it has NO cheese and is made as it comes (with my pickle that I obviously can?t eat) and the cheese tots have barely anycheese on them (not the same cheese that I?ve been eating the last 25 years at sonic) and not melted. I pulled into an open stall at 1:30 today, and they were maybe two or three other cars there. So, they were not very busy. I... pushed the intercom button and waited a few minutes and someone finally asked are you here for a pick up. I said no, I need toorder. They said this was a pick up only stall, and I looked all around and did not see any indication this was a pick up onlystall. I?ve seen pick up on stalls at other Sonics, and have not pulled into those. This did not have a sign anywhere statingthis was a pick up only stall. Nightmare, never order anything via the app, the restaurant will either be closed, or you will wait 20 minutes following the... app's instructions in one of the carhop slots only to waste another 20 minutes in a glacially slow drive thru to receive nearlycold food that is STILL WRONG. The worst experience I ever had at a sonic . My burgers didn't have the extra bacon I ordered my strawberry slush was white and... it didn't have the nerds that I payed for in it and to top it off my fries were cold and my tater tots where hard as a brick andcold . Worst experience ever! I ordered one drink on the app at 3. I followed the directions to get it and sat in a stall for 40 min. I... pressed the button and got no answer. I walked out to the patio, pressed the button again, and again got no answer. 3:56 and Iam now sitting in the drive thru to try and get my drink. I will never come back here and neither should you.
