Nice people but I specifically asked and paid for extra habenaro cheese and did not receive that. Also paid for sour cream on my... potato and there was no sour cream on it either. Read more
If I could give less than 0 stars I would. As someone from Cincinnati I?m a big fan of skyline chili. I was on a mini vacation... in the area and went to this location around 1pm on 8/18. When we walked in a young man asked us if there?s a table we want hecan clean it off for us. Upon looking around, every single table was full of dishes, trash, and old food. We tried to sit at thedinner bar , which was also trashed, and there was one other family in there with us. No one did anything about any of thetables or food all over the ground. We immediately walked out because it was disgusting. Never been more appalled with foodservice. Went to another skyline about 10 minutes away that was much better. Read more

I have had a few orders from this skyline that have been wrong or just not up to what Skyline should be. Wrong size chili, not... enough chili on spaghetti, small portion of cheese, or not including hot sauce. There was a Skyline on Busch Blvd that was thebest in the city. Unfortunately they closed. Their food is consistent from location too location, stays the same. The service depends on the waitress at that time. This... location never send to have enough staff so a lone waitress tries to serve and bus and it's just too busy for one person. Andit's always like this. One waitress for the entire place, nobody on the floor but her. Read more
