I Got the chicken sandwich with bacon cheese fries and a drink and my husband got a chicken sandwich, plain, with fries and a... milkshake. So the chicken sandwiches are $7,xx. For that price, I excepted a nice size chicken sandwich. What I received wassmaller than my palm.. flavor was good, but my husband said his had a odd chemical taste, almost like maybe the oil was reallyold or something. Fries were pretty decent. But for the price of the chicken sandwich, I can go to McDonald's and get a betterone in my opinion. Probably won't return. Read more
Nice to have one in Ohio! The vibe has kind of a cross between Steak-N-Shake and Culvers. Good burgers, great fries, decent... service, okay location (horrible parking and super busy because Easton), and clean seating area and restrooms. For what it is,it's a very good casual, shopping-mecca type burger joint. Depending on your budget, it can be pricey ($20+ per person withdrinks and dessert). 4 stars means it was really, really good, but I'm okay with not driving an hour to go back. Read more
I ordered a BBQ cheeseburger, fries and a strawberry lemonade. Everything was great! The fries were nice and crispy. Everyone in... my group enjoyed their meals. Service was fast and ordering on the kiosk was easy. If you do not want to use the kiosk to order,you can also order from a worker at the counter. I will definitely eat from this location again. My fiancé and I absolutely loved everything we ordered! We went in for shakes, but ended up getting regular drinks and fries,... too! The sugar cookie shake was amazing! The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. I will hopefully be going backtomorrow! Read more
This is a really busy location at Easton mall. Ordering your email Was really easy at the self order kiosk. You receive and... email immediately that your food was ready. This was incorrect. Our wait turned into 30 min. I would suggest that the system isfixed to reflect an accurate pick up time of your food. Our food was a 4 out of 5. Read more
First time here. Poor service, dirty tables. Portions are very small for the amount. My burger tasted good enough but the fries... were over cooked. And I don?t know what the heck was going on with the drinks they were awful the fountain drinks and even thespecial order teas were yuck! I?m thinking it could have been the water. Which by the way if you want water it?s mixed with thesprite and it?s disgusting even the small kids wouldn?t drink it and that?s bad cause they drink pretty much anything. Shake shack is always good wherever u go, the burgers are 10/10, and the fries with cheese are a must try, also the milkshakes... are amazing, but the chicken is defiantly not the best, it?s always dry. I know that there is a discrepancy between the picture of the food you are going to get, and the actual food you get but this... was ridiculous. I ordered a Hot Ones burger and when I picked it up I really thought I had been given the wrong burger. What Igot looked NOTHING like the picture advertising it? nothing like it at all! This was not a cheap burger coming in around $9including tax. However, what I received was a burger you would expect to see at a $1 burger joint. I looked for the bacon andfound two small pieces (not the overflowing bacon on the advertising). Needless to say, I asked for my money back and will notbe going back. Read more
