Went there for dinner on a Saturday night with my boyfriend, so was pretty busy, but got seated quickly and was complimented by... a waitress. However, waited around 45 minutes after being seated to be greeted by a waiter to no avail. Would be understandable,as there was a much larger group seated next to us, but two other couples were seated and served their food after we wereseated. My husband and I came to dinner here this evening to celebrate our anniversary not thinking we’d be able to fit a dinner in... this year on our anniversary. We were able to make a last minute reservation and we’re taken care of so greatly by the frontof house manager, Katie. I know they were so busy and struggling in the kitchen but I saw Katie working with all the tablesensuring a nice evening for everyone. She cane over to our table on multiple occasions to check in on us and I appreciate herhospitality. Katie, you were wonderful this evening and made our night such an enjoyable one. Thank you! The food was cooked exactly as requested, service was quick and friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant. We chose to sit on the... patio because the weather was nice. The only negative was that someone at the table next to us was smoking which is notpermitted in the state of Ohio. It was very obvious but the staff didn't intervene. Read more

How does one justify a five star review? Was the food the best I'be ever had? Of course not, but it was very good, well in line... with the price point. The service was attentive and on the spot. Every time we eat here it's absolutely horrible, the food doesn't taste good and many times is plated and served like a mess.... Specifically when we ordered today, our philly cheese steak was served like a huge mess with way too much cheese and meat sothat you cant even pick it up and the steak was more like unseasoned ground beef. The mac n cheese is watery and flavorlessexcept the bread crumbs on top that tasted stale and almost chemically. There's a reason why we only go here when we have a giftcard. Read more

First time back at the Rusty Bucket in many years, and it was great! Services was quick, friendly and many employees visited our... table. The food was good! The fish and chip were excellent! Had to order their nachos, they are half off during happy hour!!Kids food was good, chicken tenders and spaghetti and meat balls!
