First time in a long time where I was a bit disappointed with Red Lobster. Our server was extremely kind and attentive. She had... a smile on her face and kept bringing us their awesome biscuits. The first batch tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile; cold and hard. My wife said her food was very good! Mine was only OK. The lobster I had was extremely small. I got TWOgood bites out of the lobster tail - not an exaggeration. Now I understand I didn't get a full-sized lobster. But really, it wastiny. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The shrimp was good and honestly, the mashed potatoes with lobster gravy was the bestpart. However, the portions were small, for the cost. We got lunch (wife, son, and me) and with tip it cost us $98! Noappetizers and no dessert. Lunch. Yes, we'll always go back, but this single time I was disappointed. Read more

The service was very good. Our server was timely, friendly without being pushy and we got our food in good time. However, food... quality leaves something to be desired. The salmon tasted burned as did my wife's order of Walts shrimp. The mashed potatoeswere pretty horrible. The salads were fine. I have been a patronizing Red Lobster for over 35 years. I am highly disappointed in the direction that the brand is going in.... This location was fine our server Hannah was great. My complaint is with corporate/decision makers who take things off the menu.For instance I wanted to order the shrimp pasta. I have been ordering this for over 20 years. I go to place my order yesterday,the name has changed and now it doesn’t include a side salad. The crab legs pricing is outrageous. We dropped in here on a late Wednesday evening for a nice quiet dinner in this place and it hit the spot. At first when we... first walked in there was no hostess and the person that did finally come up a few minutes later was not very friendly. But Irealize that in today’s times with staffing being short and an issue companies are doing what they can. With that being saidour waitress made up for any initial shortcomings as well as Just being great. She was very attentive very fast and extremelyfriendly and talkative which was a very nice touch. We sat close to the bar section and I could hear that bartender/server alsowas very Charismatic to her guests. This trip down into the depths of the red lobster, was everything you could expect in thebig branch chain of seafood. The food was hot fresh and overall delicious as usual. The dining experience here was quite enjoyable. There was a very short waiting time, before being seated. Care was taken to... adequately follow the social distancing guidelines. The food was prepared nicely. The lobster bisque was the finest that I'vehad. Although the location was under staffed, the crew members they did have really stepped up their game. It being Monday I wanted to pack on the protein during my recovery time after many days of working out so I decided to do the... endless shrimp from Red Lobster! My server Shane was on point! He was attentive and informative! I never waited long foranything! The broccoli was cooked to perfection! Each piece of shrimp was delicious! My orders came promptly and hot!
