Ordered on app didn't refund my money on item they didn't have.paud with credit card. No Refund. So I love me s chocolate shake... stopped back here 2 times in the early evening since they ripped me off for the sundae. still no shakes , not too surprisingalways the same ! And still have not got my refund for the sundae even after calling customer service and writing an email. ButMcDonald's has had shakes everytime! No longer a rallys customer! Read more

Ambiance. It hits you like a truck. This was the 1st food place open I saw the day they shut the freeway down for the body in... the road. I knew I was going to arrive to work late but I'll be damned if I'm gonna be late and hungry. This Rally's slaps, theburgers were fantastic. Really loved the robot lady that took my order. Felt like I was in the future for a few minutes. First of all I hate the automated service robot at the drive thru. It doesn't repeat the order to confirm what you wanted and... there's no personality to it. Secondly, we were given a drink that we did not order and when we told the lady she said just tokeep it. They didn't give us our 2nd order of mozzarella sticks and then when we told them they had to make them so we had tooull up and wait after we had already been waiting for awhile. (And still no marinara sauce) we tried to order sundaes but theywere out, we asked for swirl cones and when we got to the window were told the ice cream had defrosted (no offer to take thecharge off) then we were given melted sad falling over cones. We ordered 2 smokey BBQ sandwiches without the lettuce, tomatoesetc. Just the meat cheese and BBQ stuff but when we opened them they both had mayo ketchup and pickles on them. No BBQ saucenothing. So we are guessing it wasn't even the burgers we ordered ???? ???? Needless to say thanks for the free drink but Iwould of rather had the food I ordered. I?m not understanding why you would close down your restaurant during shift change and why shift change takes 15-20 minutes. I... stayed during this time because Rally?s does have the best milkshakes. Your staff really needs to get it together or people willstop coming back. And so far the shift change has taken longer than 20 minutes and I?m still waiting to place my order thislocation is at 1340 West Mound Street Columbus Ohio Read more

This one has a really rough parking lot off of mound street. Food quality was standard for Rally's, nothing wrong with it.... Oddest thing about this location was the drive through having what seemed like a robot or robotic voice taking the orders. Itwas a bit jarring at first. Read more

The outside of the place looks almost to scary to even drive thru at night, it stinks bad around the building, and they are... SUPER, SUPER SLOW. I been there twice, same experience each time. when my daughter went they had nothing she asked for that wason the menu. And now they have a robot taking orders, you have to ask for a team member, and you do want a team member becauseeach time I went, the damn robot messed up my order. I went a couple weeks ago. And it is still a long wait. And they never have ice cream it seems. And it was very dirty on the... inside. But it was worse. So maybe one day it will be cleaner. Staff is better then it was a few months ago. Read more
