When it comes to getting your order correct... This place is always a hit or miss. Unfortunately, it's less hit and more miss.
Every time i go to this location, its nothing but bad. Orders take 20+mins, or the food is dry, or they mess up an order, or its... just rude staff. Went on a Saturday recently, the drive through gave an automated message saying they were closed, yet theonline hours said they should still be open for another 2 hours. I said "maybe turn off your open sign then." And someone cameover the speaker and said "ha, no." Sucks because I love rallys and this location is right by my house. Read more

Unlike the Rally's on Cleveland avenue they're open when they supposed to be open. The food is fresh and hot. I appreciate... someone answering me and not having me sit there for 15 minutes just to realize there's no one in the restaurant duringoperating hours. Read more
Yesterday evening was my first time visiting this Rally?s. Fast, friendly, and excellent service. I was about to drive off and... the cook waived me down to make sure he included my fries with my order. My combo meal # 1 was well made, hot, and tasted fresh.Outdoor dining available. That mega cheddar burger is fire. The chicken bites ain't all that but for the price it's cool. This particular location is on... point. It's hot fast good and cheap.
