I ordered rally?s via door dash from this location. I ordered a five piece chicken tender meal which includes a small drink,... small fries, and two sauces. I also ordered a sundae as well. The only thing that arrived to my door was chicken and the drink.It didn?t include the fries or sauces or sundae. I picked up a piece of the chicken and it was completely flaccid. As I bit intothe chicken, I then realized it was 100% raw and fleshy. It was not simply slightly undercooked, it was raw. I immediately spitthe chicken out and attempted to call the restaurant, however there was no answer. I will be escalating through the properchannels and health code authorities. Read more
What a horrible decision to make this my house for lunch! Ordered the Big Buford combo. The lady at the drive thru was really... nice, so there was that. It came to over $10.00, which I thought was a little steep, so I thought this is going to be reallygood. Boy was I wrong! Meat tasted like a Hockey puck, but was stale, and the fris were cold. The "Deep-sea Double" was delicious as usual but the fries were slightly greasy. VERY disappointed the simply BEST tasting... cinnamon apple pies are not available anymore. Hopefully Rally's / Checkers will consider adding them back on the menu again inthe near future. Read more
I would give it a negative if I could. The guy in the drive really told us "I'm not making large orders. There's only two of us"... And wouldnt make us any fries!! In what world is that okay? We ordered THREE combos. Not 10. You cant make 3 sandwiches andfries with two people? This location is disgusting its been like this all year. The staff is lazy, obnoxious, constantly moodyand just flat out rude. We can't get a fry but he can stand there talking on his phone? SMH. Food quality has declined. Half of my spicy Chicken sandwich was 1/4 inch thick (&that includes breading)! Employees were doing... great given their short staffing and maintained a positive and friendly interaction style. Read more
Always such a long wait, but my kids love the boneless wings and chicken bites so we stuck it out sometimes being this is the... closest rally's to us. This was the last straw for me. We were missing our 5pc boneless wings, buffalo sauce and ranch (that youhave to pay extra for). Spicy chicken was supposed to be no mayo and of course it was all over. Chili cheese fries with nocheese whatsoever, and the chicken bite box literally had FOUR chicken bites in it. I understand being busy, but there's noexcuse for customer service this poor. Read more
