If they forget something in your order, don?t bother letting them know! I ordered a 50 piece tailgate chicken tenders and 15... toasts and only received the chicken.. I wasn?t going to call because it wasn?t a big deal, but felt like if I payed forsomething then I should let them know I didn?t receive it. I nicely called and let the staff know that I didn?t receive the 15toasts and requested a credit since it was too late to turn around and go get it. I was met with the rudest response from theboy I spoke to on the phone. They swore they put it in the bag and that I was lying???? Honestly in disbelief at howunprofessional and defensive the response was? to argue with me and swear you put it in the bag instead of just acknowledgingyour mistake is telling about your customer service skills. I went here and ordered 2 box combos. When I got home I literally could have thrown the boxes up against the wall. The tenders... looked like squirrel ankles. I called the store and told the manager that with inflation something would have to be done. Shekindly replaced both boxes with adult sized tenders. People will laugh but i went here to get chicken for my dogs. I dont eat it and they had a nice walk and deserved a treat. The... fella at the register was excellent but honestly a medium drink, 4 chicken tenders a chinese food size sauce container of coleslaw, one piece of bread and about a half cup of fries for $10.50 is ridiculous. Yes the dogs did like the meat and it didntmake them sick but we wont go there again. The lemonade was good. I cant see this being a good value for a hungryperson/family.
