It was the worst experience today! This location has not been the same since the previous owners left. The new management is... suspect. My son and I waited 26 minutes total after being told his tenders would be ready in 5 minutes. At the 16minute markdecided to go in after my son and I patiently waited at the end of the drive-thru. We go inside and the front line all knewthat I had been waiting and asked me yet again for my order after repeating my order 4 times before getting the order right. Iasked for a #4 combo with red beans and rice with a Hawaiian Punch. Good grief! The person taking my order could not get itcorrect. A hot mess. While in the restaurant, after now being told they couldn't find my order, asked me to go back to my car toget the receipt. No ma'am I am not. Just give me the combo and we will not be returning. No one apologized for my wait. No onegreeted me when we came inside, and it was just a rough and horrible experience today. Not going back at all! Read more

Worst experience ever. Was Left waiting for food over 20 minutes in the drive thru for food that I paid for and never received.... Had to ask for my money back. There was no we're sorry we forgot your order. They only thing the manager said was "Give me yourcredit card back?. On a Friday night all you want is a hot and spicy chicken. The Popeyes on Cleveland Ave delivered. The cashier brought a little... bit of spicy attitude, but that is exactly how I also like my chicken. 10/10 recommend. Read more
Service folks working the drive thru were very nice. Unfortunately they were out of frozen strawberry lemonade, strawberry... cheesecake and cinnamon apple pie, all of which we wanted. They did put some coupons in our bag which was a nice surprise. Read more
Abysmal, sorry excuse for a restaurant! The weakest chicken tenders I?ve ever seen in my life. I expected more out of Popeyes... chicken tenders. Gone are the days of quality chicken from this chain of restaurants. Read more
This particular location is usually pretty good about orders and stuff, the only negative is that they can be very slow at times... and the lines can be outrageous. The food is typically done well though and orders right. At least in my experiences. Read more
