Wings were over-cooked, ordered two of the new melts, both were burnt, hard as a rock, the food here has really gotten terrible,... for as expensive as it is you would think they would try to make decent food. don't think I'll be coming here anymore. Read more

This Pizza Hut is a joke. Whether you place an order and they don?t answer because they randomly close or the order doesn?t... arrive in it?s entirety. Tonight was my last straw after not ordering for almost a year. I placed an order at 8:07 for deliverythrough my Apple Pay for $60 (I?m in the bed sick, ordered for my children). Expectation for delivery was 9. 8:35 I get a callthat they are out of all sauces for the pastas. No problem. I told them cancel the pastas. 10 mins later I get a call that theytell me they voided they entire purchase and want me to repurchase so they can start the order again. Like huh? Todays pizza ???? was not as good as the other day. It was burned and hard barley any sauce on them. But the ppl are hard... working and great to deal with. Just an off day im sure thanks again. Read more

I have not had Pizza Hut in over 12 years. Their pizzas are ok. I would say that I enjoyed their Wings and would prefer it over... their pizzas. The service at the location was exceptional and professional. I was charged a certain amount on the phone and whenI arrived at the drive thru window to pick my order, I received a discount. Big thank you! Free parking surrounding thebuilding. I ordered my phone via phone call and the time given was on point. Read more

When we received our food (60 dollars worth). It was smashed. The wing container was smashed and the Detroit pizza was smashed... and all of tge sauce that was on top was transferred to the underside of the lid of the box. We tried eating the wings but theywere rubbery and awful tasting. Read more

So having been a loyal patron of Pizza Hut for a long time I will no longer be ordering from this establishment ever again.... After placing an order online and being charged for the order, we waited over two and a half hours for the delivery. Aftertrying to call the store and customer service line several times, being disconnected over three times, and put on hold when wefinally got through for over 10 minutes and then disconnected, are order arrived, even though Doordash said that they were onour way to our door over 40 minutes ago. As if that was not bad enough, the pizza was completely cold, and we were missing halfof our order. The driver claim that they had picked the pizza up only 10 or 15 minutes ago, and it's only about a 7 minute driveto our house, but that's beside the point, they were handed half an order and a Frozen pizza. The worst part about it is thecustomer service is absolutely horrible because you can't get through to anybody, you are constantly rerouted in the pointlesstelephone menus back to the beginning, and no one ever answers. This is the case when you call the store directly or the genericPizza Hut number. This is not the first time this has happened, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but weare done. Do not order from this store- if you do go pick it up yourself so that you can verify that what you are getting isfresh and correct, and if you want to eat within the next 3 hours. No need to reply with the generic "we want to make it right"response, I have read the reviews and will be sending you an email with all the information required. In the meantime you mightwant to figure out where the breakdown is instead of trying to repair with excuses. Read more
