this place is the worst pizza place around here. they have no staff for one. and for two they always get the orders wrong. it?s... like they do it on purpose. one time got an order of cheese sticks and they gave us mozzarella sticks. another time we ordered acheese pizza and garlic sauce on the side. they made a cheese pizza without the red sauce and FORGOT the garlic !! this placeneeds shut down Read more
Where do I start. Overall a terrible store. Not even worth a full star. When you try to order either online or over the phone... half the time they are closed even though the hours say they are open. When they are open I regret ordering every time. Foodshows up cold and half cooked. They like to use door dash to deliver so expect it to never show up on time or warm. Door dashlikes to leave the food on the step without knocking. You might get a text or email 15 or so minutes later that it wasdelivered. I?ll never order here again. Ordered at 6:15p, got a text saying it was out for delivery at 6:44p, we live less than 10 min from... the store. By 8pm I called to see if I could cancel my order because we had to find another option at this point. When I called,the number said they were closed then hung up on me. Same recording every time I called. So I had to pack my 4y/o in the car at8pm to GO TO the store. We walked in and let them know what happened. The guy at the front called his driver and asked if he haddropped our order off. He kept asking if he gave it directly to the resident or not, said he wasn?t accusing him of not droppingit off, then got off the phone with him. I asked him what time it apparently got delivered(which it never did) and he said hewould check, then NEVER let me know, but instead, offered to make it again while I was there. I Ordered Online & Spent $30 & It Said Wait Time Was 35min & Gave Me A Pickup Time Of 7:05pm & When I Walked In The Store &... Waited 10min For Someone To Walk Up & Help It Was Now 7:14pm & The Guy Tells Me It'll Be At Least 25min & That They Haven't EvenGotten To My Order Yet. So An Order I Placed At 6:25pm (Had To Drive Up To Pickup At The Store) & I Did Not Walk Out With MyOrder Until Almost 8pm Terrible Customer Service, Food Wasn't That Great. Terrible customer service and even worse experience. I ordered box meal today 8/28. I go inside the store to pick up my order... where I am met with several frustrated customers who had been waiting close to an hour for their pizza after 15 minutes ofsitting at the counter not once was I greeted with a hello nor was I asked about my order I had placed. I was able to place an order over the phone with a customer service rep and told to pick it up in 15 minutes. Arrived and the... doors were locked and no one answered the phone. I waited 10 minutes over and finally a gentleman pulled up to tell me that theyaren?t open. Wasn?t his fault but the fact that customer service line took my order and told me to head over when they weren?teven open is very frustrating. Wasted my lunch break time and I had no food to show for it. The hours of this place are neverupdated as what shows on Google is always incorrect when I show up. Slow or not existent delivery. Store wants until after order is placed to update it will be door dash delivering food which adds... more time to delivery. Food is left sitting outside by delivery driver and there is no attempt made to alert anyone the deliveryhas been made do its get cold. Read more
