Took 2 hours to recive cold food and the wrong drinks on a Wednesday. It wasn't a game night or some special event. It was just... a Wednesday. The app doesn't tell you which store is delivering to you and doesn't allow you to contact anyone for mistakes inyour order. I am very dissatisfied. Read more
I spent 44 bucks for cold food that was delivered by door dash people. I didn't receive everything I paid for. The door dash... people could have taken the my 2 liter drink who knows.. The pizza was not properly made. Straight disaster. They need to shutthe place down. Read more
It was the worst experience ever. Food arrived after 2.5 hours waiting. Almost an hour to reach the customer service no one is... responding at all. Order arrived missing items i have already paid for. Pizza was terrible i ordered it extra cheese i receivedot with almost light cheese and extra extra sauce :( Not only this, i have ordered cheese pasta since I can?t eat chicken guesswhat they send me chicken pasta !!!!! Made an online order at 850 pm and never received the order. Waited hours. Kept saying it was going to be delivered all the way... up until they closed! They have the worse customer service ever. You can never get anyone on the phone, food is always cold onthe rare occasion they actually deliver. My advice, order elsewhere! Read more
Ordered one medium cheese pizza and soda at 7:20pm. Said it would arrive by 7:50 for delivery. 7:50 rolled around, and I didn't... have my pizza or any updates. I tried calling the store, and they told me that Doordash would update me. Had no idea they wereusing DD for their delivery service. At 8:45, I got a text that my pizza would arrive by 9:20 (2 hours from my order time). Iordered delivery because I don't have a lot of time, and all they did was waste it. AT YOUR OWN RISK.... For me, never to order here again! All messed up! I ordered a pizza and all was set for delivery, this... became almost an hour and half. After long wait I was notified that my ordered is being delivered by doordash driver. Later,and coming to 2hrs of waiting, received notice that my order is modifed or canceled. Calling the store they couldn't talk tome, after many call attempts, I had to go physically to store...I think they are joking or playing games in business,...Evengetting a refund was so frustrating....I can't wish anyone to go through the same....NEVER .....was told...that, this is Pizzahut...."go cook for yourself "....I couldn't expect to hear such from the so called..."manager"...if he's a manager, it'smess....finally, a lady set up a refund and THAT'S MY LAST DAY TO ORDER FROM HERE.... Ordered Large Meatlovers! Food prep and delivery great. Not overly spicy. Just a tad bit too much salt. We will use this vendor... again--we'll call ahead next time to ask them to prepare the item with less (or no) salt if at all possible. Other than thatgreat experience! Read more
The quality of the pizza is very good and they offer good deals for customers. Must really taste the melts.
