First time I've ever used their online ordering. I had to order for a lunch meeting of 7 people. Upon receiving the food, I... realized that a cookie was missing from an order. Not a huge thing but I still needed to get that refunded. Called and it rangback twice to the beginning of the automated voice message given for option. No one had answered minutes after I found theissue. I then took it upon myself to email the Info email given on the site. It clearly states that you can get a refund only onthe same day of purchase. This was 3 days ago. No response, no refund and frankly, I may not ever use the online ordering again.Other than that, I guess the food was fine though it was not my lunch. Delivery will be about 5-10 minutes later than thescheduled pick up time chosen. So if you have a meeting and want it on time, schedule it 15 mins ahead. The company is out acookie. But, lesson learned not to use online ordering from them when they offer no support after like other food apps. Read more
Horrible experience, don't eat here. Came in on 9/19 around 6-6:30pm and the rudeness of the staff was shocking. There were only... 2 people in front of me and the restaurant was otherwise empty. It was incredibly slow, the restaurant was a mess, flieseverywhere, but the worst part was the attitude of the staff. No smiles, very cold, seemingly really annoyed and they literallythrew the ingredients into the wraps so all lettuce was on one side, sloppy, it was bizarre. Great quick meal! If you've never been, the structure is similar to the chipotle ordering experience -- you order and pick the... toppings for your meal. This location is busy on the weekends, but offers a large space to sit from. 1 star was docked becausethe employees don't seem to care much and the tables aren't clean. Read more

What an absolute disaster. I've worked in food service for years and have never seen a line run this bad before. Literally no... one knew what to do. Watched them pushing Uber eats orders that came in after me ahead in the line when there was literally noone behind me. Everyone looked lost. The bowl I got was absolute garbage for the nearly 30 min spent waiting in the line. Theguy running prep went from sweeping the back of the line to prepping chicken without washing his hands just reached right intothe glove box and went. Holy cross contamination Batman.
